Mr. Losey is originally from Dover, Delaware. In 1998 he graduated from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In 2000 Mr. Losey moved to St. Petersburg, Florida to attend law school. He received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003.
Mr. Losey spent his first year as a lawyer representing claimants in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. He has spent the past six years practicing insurance defense litigation in the southwest Florida area. During his time representing large employers, insurers, and third party administrators, he has developed and practices a strategy of close client contact and aggressive resolution of claims tailored to accommodate the individual goals and philosophy of each client. Mr. Losey will be focusing on insurance defense litigation of auto claims, liability claims, property and casualty claims, and workers' compensation claims.
