Background
Mr. McMullen is a Tampa native and has concentrated his practice in the area of civil trial law. He received his B.A. from Florida State University in 1998, and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2002. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He is a Florida Certified Circuit-Civil Mediator, and Certified in Residential Foreclosure Mediation Training. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts, Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. He has been a civil litigator in private practice since 2003, and represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He has participated in hundreds of mediations during his litigation practice in both state court and Federal Court. His experience includes trials and mediations in the following areas:
