About The Manual

The firm's 2011 Liability, Property and Motor Vehicle Insurance Manual was compiled by the firm's attorneys particularly with professionals in the insurance industry in mind. Although considerable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the Manual, including all pertinent changes adopted by the 2011 regular session of the Florida Legislature, it should be noted that statutes and court rules change frequently, and this is especially so in the areas of liability insurance.
