Our appellate group represents the firm in all appeals or extraordinary writs generated from cases within the firm. The appellate group also tackles appeals and writs referred from outside the firm in any of the firm's practice areas. We provide flexible pricing options, including flat rates where appropriate. In addition, the appellate group provides in-depth trial support for attorneys both within and outside the firm, including research and drafting of complex legal memoranda, jury instructions, and trial motions.

Knowledge Sharing

Our appellate department keeps clients up-to-date on relevant court opinions, share their knowledge and experience by advising on questions of coverage and current law, and periodically contribute articles to the firm's newsletter that summarize current legal decisions of interest. Additionally, members of the appellate group provide updates to the firm's website on legislation and significant court decisions. Upon a request to be included on our mailing list, we provide special memoranda to the firm's clients via email.
