Hillsborough Board of County Commissioners recently enacted Ordinance 11-13 which is aimed at stemming the tide of fraudulent insurance claims filed in the county. Court Orders challenging the validity of this ordinance are likely to be issued in the next few months and we will be posting any we receive here in order to keep you updated on the enforcement of this Ordinance.
